Tracey Cross

Tracey specialises in Securities Law, advertising and compliance, trust deeds, investment management and custodial agreements.

Tracey's experience includes scheme establishment, compliance, interpretation of trust deeds, risk management, and advice on powers, authorities and discretions.  Tracey has acted and continues to act for a number of Australian issuers offering their funds in New Zealand.

She has been involved with KiwiSaver since the regime was first contemplated, advising clients as to their requirements under this regime and assisting in the establishment of numerous schemes.

Tracey is a member of the New Zealand Law Society, and a member of the management and policy committees of Women in Super (NZ) Incorporated (former chair).
